With eight restaurants in Portugal and overseas, chef Sá Pessoa is a leading figure in the modern Portuguese culinary scene. He also has an ongoing culinary series, Comtradição, shown on Portugal's 24Kitchen TV channel and streamed on Disney+, and has written numerous cookbooks.

Chef Sá Pessoa's concept for Chiado is defined by using premium quality ingredients, authentically prepared to allow the ingredients to shine and elegantly presented. This is complemented by an extensive wine cellar focusing on Portuguese classics, and warm, friendly service.
