Available until August 31, 2025, the cafe will be serving three dishes by G Bear’s good friend, acclaimed chef, Edward Lee. Two dishes, the moreish Spicy pan-tossed noodles in a baked tofu basket and the creative Rice cake frozen mousse with gochujang caramel, sesame oil, melons and minari are dishes Lee made on Netflix’s hit reality show Culinary Class Wars and the third, Kabbi jjim with ginseng Pommes Anna, pine nuts, parsnip and daechu puree, and kimchi jam, was served at Londoner Grand’s star-studded celebration party on June 8, 2025.
